Active Plus is partnering with PAL this spring to provide a fitness performance enhancement and cooking program for teenagers ranging from ages 13 to 18 years old.

Fitness program is designed to help students of all levels improve their strength, speed, agility, and endurance through tailored workouts and expert coaching.

This program will run from May 13th to June 24th on Saturdays from 10am-1pm

These sessions will provide exciting workouts and engaging challenges in a fun and collaborative environment!
